How it works
How certification gets your dog on board.
Airlines require a verified certificate showing your dog is suited to travel in the cabin. Every accredited provider delivers the programme under the same framework — no hidden fees, no unclear criteria. Reach out to one of our accredited trainers to start the process.

Train with an accredited provider
Your dog is assessed across five behavioural areas by a trainer accredited under ESTCA. Progress is logged and reviewed against the standard.

Trainer issues the certificate
Once all five areas are completed — including video evidence reviewed under quality assurance — your trainer issues an ESTCA certification number. The registry receives it within minutes.

Owner claims the digital pass
Look up your dog by microchip and email to claim the digital travel pass. Download it any time during the two-year validity — no account, no fee.

Your dog's official ESTCA pass
Once your trainer issues your dog's certificate, you receive a link by email. Claim it once; download the digital pass any time over the two-year validity.
