Airline acceptance in progress. ESTCA is not accepted by any airline right now and we are currently working with airlines and authorities country by country. You can sign up now and we'll notify you when airlines accept ESTCA.
For trainers
ESTCA recognises organisations that meet governance, insurance, competence, and quality criteria. Approval is granted by ESTCA B.V. — not a marketplace listing.
Create an account, register your organisation, and accept the provider terms. Your listing appears in the training directory immediately.
Complete the train-the-trainer module: read the three orientation sections and pass the short knowledge quiz. Any member of your organisation can do this.
Once a trainer in your organisation passes the quiz, your directory listing gains the gold ESTCA-approved mark.
Register dogs entering the programme, log progress across the five assessment areas, and submit video evidence for quality assurance. Platform fees apply when you certify dogs; registry publication follows ESTCA processes.
Platform fees
€0 platform fee until your first certification
What trainers charge dog owners for training itself (often around €100–€249, depending on the dog and the programme) is entirely between the owner and the trainer. ESTCA never sets, collects, or decides that fee.
The full approval framework and assessment areas are defined in the ESTCA standard, published at estca.eu
