ESTCA Certified (certified-estca.eu) is the commercial platform of ESTCA B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands. ESTCA owns the European Standard for Travel with Canine Animals and maintains the public certification registry.

The authoritative standard text and the public registry remain on estca.eu. This site handles approval workflows, certification administration, quality assurance tooling, and digital passes for owners — always in alignment with the ESTCA standard.

ESTCA B.V. does not deliver training courses, set provider prices, or process course bookings. What a trainer charges a dog owner for training (often around €100–€249) is entirely between them — ESTCA never sets, collects, or decides that fee.
